Archa Theatre Summer School 2021 - 22 August - 5 September

Our major aim in the Summer School is to be able to help our participants find their own voice in the creative process. With ateliers on the Viewpoints technique and textual sources of documentary theatre, light as a space for action, and sound design for stage,  we try to provide a platform for our participants where they can gain practical skills for creating contemporary theatre. Besides these ateliers, they will also have the chance to follow exclusive presentations of international experts.

A very important part of the summer school is the forming of creative groups and producing a short performance in these groups using the skills the participants will acquire in the ateliers.  During this creative process, the students will have the chance to consult the instructors and use Archa Theatre’s advanced theatrical tools. Every year we receive much positive feedback from our participants stating how transforming the summer school has been in their practice.
